The EACMFS Foundation is administered by a Board of Trustees in conjunction with a professional advisory consultancy.* The rights and duties of the Board of Trustees are governed by the relevant law and statutes.

The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees are responsible for administering the investment and for recommending annually the sum of money that is available for distribution to support the aims of the Foundation.
- Supporting trainees and junior specialists in advancing their professional expertise by the provision of travelling scholarships
- Supporting a programme of educational and instructional courses
- Supporting research and development projects
- Providing educational support in other ways as determined from time to time by the Trustees of the Foundation
