The White Book was first introduced in 1993 after the Confederation of European National Associations was disbanded and the formation of a Council comprising of representatives of National Associations. It includes information on the education and training requirements for the specialty of cranio-maxillo-facial & oral surgery in all the constituent nations with membership of Council of EACMFS.
